Likely the same things, just different names. I never set the Z offset, I just did the auto leveling, and ran the test print. I skipped that part of the instructions. Actually did not even read the instructions until later. Thats why I am not worried about that yet.

The C section scar is where the printer raises to the next level. Not sure if I need to change the nozzle temp, or the retraction, or what I have been tied up on other things.

The bottom is definitely the Z offset, I also missed that step in the instructions and had the same result.

Be sure to let us know if you find a fix for the seam.

Oh that's the stich on the side of the part. you extrusion multiplier could be too high and or coast settings not set long enough. Then yes the bottom is Z offset you are way to far from the print surface. stick a business card under there or a piece of paper folded 2 - 4 times to help calibrate the 1st layer height.
