Hellooo
I started with a Makerbot Replicator 2 about 4 months ago. It taught me alot about hardware and working on printers. Out of frustration, I bought an ender 3v2. been having a blast. Wanted to add another printer and bought a Flashforge Adventurer 3 at auction. Did no research beforehand and didn't realize proprietary printers are a bane on the industry and it doesn't come on at all. with the mainboard costing around 130 bucks, I will try to learn about firmware and different ways to install a more open mainboard. But, I'm learning basically from nothing and look forward to the challange.
I intend to build a lathe at some point.
If anybody here has any recommendations of mainboard to use and a place I might find ways to adapt it, please let me know
