I was impressed watching those and a bunch of other videos, then I looked at the web site. Not that I am a cheapskate (Well, yea, I guess I am), but I would rather start off on a cheaper or free program.

I love using Lightburn, it is very easy to use with LOTS of videos on YouTube on how to use it. It is well worth the investment, and easy enough to recoup the cost on. If you have a GRBL based laser (most diodes) you only need the $60 license, where if you have a Ruida type controller (many CO2 lasers, especially Chinese ones) it is still a bargain at $120. They will let you run on it on 2-3 workstations.
