On too many prints everything starts out looking great but over time one corner seems to peel up and squish. I've got the bed temp up to 80c, the bed is level, I use a 2mm brim, and things still curl. I've tried different colors/vendors of filaments. Any suggestions?
I'm using a Creality 1.75mm PLA, 220C nozzle temp. Seems to stick well - sometimes. Thicker materials do it more noticeably, but even 1/8 baseplates seem to do it.
I have a HVAC temp probe and I mapped the baseplate grid to find the most even heat area. I offset my slicer settings to center the build there.
Ideas? Anyone?

+1 on the Magigoo. You probably have a draft in the room near your printer, or your fan is set too high, or your fan is coming on too soon. I use Cura and I ramp my fan speed up tp 30% after 8 layers, initially I have it at 20%. I printed my own cooling ducts and switched out the fans and I have had "0" issues with corners lifting since. I use a Brim and print 8 lines wide, and I print my first layer at 40.0mm/s. After the initial layer the speed bumps up to 80.0 mm/s. My bed temp is 55°C, my nozzle is at 200°C. I use Inland PLA+.

I use elmers craft bond glue stick lightly on the plate. Flat pieces seem to mostly print ok. But you can see how this went all pear shaped. I swear it was bonded well for the first 1/4" and then it went south.
Until the plate cools to 50c or less items are STUCK to the build plate. I read where hotter sticks better so I've bumped the plate temp. When it cools back to ambient the items pop off on their own.
I did a temp profile on the plate with a HVAC temp probe on a 1" grid and mapped the cool/hit spots (the cold spots were at the height adjustment wheels - go figure).
I've tried the blue painters tape - messy. My main problem with my old system was failure to start. I'd wind up with a hairball. Cranking the temp up seems to make it start more reliably.

Ok, this is what Im seeing. Please correct me if I am wrong but it looks like your not having the bottom part of the shell made. Your just going with infill only. Change it to a minimum of 3 Layers. Nothing less & see if that helps.

If not I'm gonna have to have your print settings & a screenshot of how your parts are designed. Because if changing 0 bottom shell Layers to a min of 3 doesn't work. Its gonna be machine setting or a design for additive problem.

Also, side questions where is your machine? Is in in the house or a garage? Is it enclosed or open to the environment?

Sorry for my delayed replay. Trying to get work done and get ready for Christmas.

I do not see anything wrong with your set up. Looks like its all in a nice climate controlled environment.

Again looks like with the big part on edge. There is no bottom layers, just infill. which has a lack of surface area that could keep the part down. Again change your print settings to a min of 3. See (Photo below). I am more convinced at this time. Its either a Build Setting issue or a Material issue.

Plus I can not see your Tinker CAD on your profile.

What that is, is scaffolding, the bottom of the part was hollowed out intentionally. The smaller piece to the left did the same thing and is 1/8" solid all the way down.

Dunno about tinkercad not working, it logs me in so I can't tell how it works or doesn't for others.

Ok, Then I am going to say it has something to do with material shrinkage rates. Would be my current guess with this info I have. Is it only with this brand of Glow in the Dark PLA? or is does other brands do it too?

Okay, try these thing list below.

If your not drying your filament, start doing it since you live on the coast in Florida.

Then Build an enclosure. could be simple as a cardboard box. Then try a test build with default PLA settings and let me know what happens.

There's gotta be a draft or something thats causing this. So, all we can do is try getting things to a nice dry stable environment. Then re-evaluate.
