Even though everything is tight and in place, the filament spool on the Creality Ender 3 Max Neo seemed to be sagging. I designed a bushing to fit inside both ends of the filament holder tube and attached the bushings with a 7 inch 5/16 inch bolt/nuts. I also had a support bar left over from another project that I used to support the open end. So far, it seems to be working well.
BTW, that filament spool is a Thingiverse file for Inland and eSun spooless filament. It is also working well. That is the second spool of filament I have used. The first one was Inland gray.

It's really cool to go from idea to part in minutes. Draw it in TinkerCAD, slice in Cura, copy to microSD, and print.
Years ago, I started using Sketchup to design cabinets for kitchen remodeling, and other projects. It was a struggle because I am not a CAD guy by any means. Lately, I have been trying to learn Fusion 360. It's a struggle because I am not a CAD guy by any means! :)

look at TinkerCAD. It's aimed at kids -- STEM students. It even has Lego mode! Lots easier than a drafting program. I'm a 30 yr AutoCad master & I find fusion360 overwhelming!
Free and fun, browser based so it's the same on your tablet/phone as your pc.
