This started as a model for a cnc pattern but my owl models came out looking like poo. After my third attempt failed I went in another direction. A problem when starting projects without any real plans and just having a vague idea.

It's not what I originally was going for but still happy with it. No plans for carving but I did 3d print for the fun of it.

Some day I may go back and fix the model for the cnc pattern.

The 3d print is 7 inches tall and took 20 1/2 hours to print.

Probably at some point. I have now dozens of prints and so far I've only painted the mech. I am not very good at it.
